The 4X150mm Yjlv22 Zr-Yjlv22 aluminium cable is a medium and high-voltage power transmission cable with high strength and high safety. Its model and structural design are fully adapted to power transmission needs in complex environments such as industrial and municipal scenarios. The model "YJLV22" represents an aluminium-core cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated, steel tape armoured (Sta), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheathed cable, while "Zr" indicates its flame-retardant property. The overall structure can be summarized as Al/XLPE/Sta/PVC, which is a combination of aluminium conductor, cross-linked polyethylene insulation layer, steel tape armouring layer and polyvinyl chloride sheath layer.​ The core specification of this cable is 4×150mm², meaning it contains 4 aluminium conductors with a cross-sectional area of 150mm². It is suitable for three-phase four-wire systems and other circuit systems, capable of transmitting electrical energy and functioning as a neutral wire simultaneously. The steel tape armouring layer (Sta) is composed of two layers of interlocking cold-rolled steel tapes with a thickness of ≥0.3mm. It not only significantly enhances the cable's resistance to mechanical impact, capable of withstanding radial pressure of ≥10kN, but also prevents gnawing by creatures such as rats and termites, making it suitable for laying environments prone to external forces such as direct burial and pipe threading. The outer sheath is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which has flame-retardant properties (complying with GB/T 19666 or IEC 60332 standards) after adding flame retardants. It can inhibit the spread of flames during open fire combustion, with a self-extinguishing time of ≤30 seconds, and has acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, adapting to complex environments such as outdoors and humidity.​ In addition, the "Zr" flame-retardant property of the cable makes it more safe in densely populated places or flammable and explosive environments, such as power distribution systems in chemical parks and large shopping malls. The steel tape armouring design allows it to be directly buried underground without additional protective pipes, simplifying the construction process and reducing later maintenance costs. The product usually undergoes strict factory testing, including conductor DC resistance, insulation withstand voltage, armouring adhesion and other indicators, ensuring stable performance during long-term operation.​ To sum up, the 4X150mm Yjlv22 Zr-Yjlv22 aluminium cable, with the economy of aluminium conductors, high temperature resistance of XLPE insulation, strong protection of steel tape armouring and safety of flame-retardant sheath, has become an ideal choice in the field of medium and high-voltage power transmission.
