Yjv32 0.6/1kv 4X16-185mm2 Power Cable with Pure Copper Conductor XLPE Swa PVC Insulated 60502 Standard
This paper introduces YJV32 0.6/1kV power cables complying with the 60502 standard, covering various specifications from 4×16mm² to 4×185mm². With a core structure of pure copper conductor, XLPE insulation, steel wire armoring (Swa) and PVC sheath, they are suitable for complex environments in medium and low voltage distribution systems.
The pure copper conductor has a purity of over 99.95%, with excellent conductivity, ensuring efficient power transmission and low energy loss. The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), which can withstand a temperature of 90℃. Under 0.6/1kV voltage, the insulation resistance is stable above 1000MΩ, with strong anti-aging and chemical stability. The steel wire armoring (Swa) layer is made of high-carbon steel wires treated with galvanization, significantly improving the cable's impact resistance, compressive strength and tensile capacity, adapting to harsh laying conditions such as direct burial and cable trays. The outer PVC sheath has moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and flame-retardant properties, further ensuring the cable's safety.
Specifications range from 4×16mm² (current-carrying capacity about 80A) to 4×185mm² (current-carrying capacity about 300A), adapting to different load scenarios: small specifications are suitable for building branch lines and small equipment power distribution; large specifications can meet the needs of industrial workshop main lines and outdoor engineering power distribution. As 4-core cables, they can balance three-phase current and are widely used in commercial buildings, factories, municipal engineering and other fields, providing reliable solutions for medium and low voltage power transmission.
