  • Sheath Layer: Wear-resistant PVC material, with an overall outer diameter of approximately 4.5mm. The bending radius is ≤4 times the outer diameter, and it can withstand more than 10,000 bending tests without breaking.

  • Insulation Layer: Covered with foamed polyethylene (PE), the insulation outer diameter is 5-10mm, and the dielectric constant is ≤1.8.

  • Shielding Layer: Adopting aluminum-plastic composite tape longitudinal wrapping + tinned copper wire braiding, the coverage rate is ≥95%, and the shielding attenuation is ≥85dB (at 1GHz).

(4) Production Process
  1. Flexible Multi-Core Cables

  • Conductor manufacturing: High-purity electrolytic copper is used, which is made into copper rods through smelting, ingot casting, rolling and other processes, and then drawn into fine copper wires of the required diameter through a wire drawing machine. Multiple fine copper wires are precisely stranded to ensure the flexibility and conductivity of the conductor. During the stranding process, the stranding pitch is strictly controlled to ensure the roundness and stability of the conductor.

  • Insulation extrusion: The Insulation Material (PVC or TPE) is put into an extruder to be heated and melted, and uniformly coated on the surface of the conductor through a mold to form an insulation layer. During the extrusion process, temperature, pressure, and speed are accurately controlled to ensure that the insulation layer has uniform thickness, a smooth surface, no bubbles, and no pinholes.

  • Cabling: According to the number of cores, multiple Insulated Wire cores are stranded together in a certain stranding way to form a cable core. Filling materials are added during the stranding process to make the cable core round and stable.

  • Sheath extrusion: The sheath layer (wear-resistant PVC) is coated on the cable core through an extruder. The extrusion parameters are also strictly controlled to ensure that the sheath layer has uniform thickness, strong adhesion, and good wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

  • Inspection: After production, a series of inspections are carried out on the cable, including conductor DC resistance, insulation resistance, pressure resistance performance, bending performance, etc., to ensure that the product meets relevant standards and requirements.

  1. Solid Core Coaxial Cables

  • Conductor manufacturing: The single solid copper conductor is made through a drawing process to ensure precise diameter, smooth surface, and good conductivity.

  • Insulation layer manufacturing: The PE insulation layer is made by a foaming process. After the PE material is heated and melted, a foaming agent such as nitrogen is injected to form a uniform bubble structure, reducing the dielectric constant. The foamed PE is uniformly coated on the surface of the conductor through an extruder, and the thickness and foaming degree of the insulation layer are controlled.

  • Shielding layer production: First, the aluminum-plastic composite tape is longitudinally wrapped outside the insulation layer to ensure tight wrapping without wrinkles. Then, a braiding machine is used to braid tinned copper wires outside the aluminum-plastic composite tape, and the braiding density is controlled to ensure that the shielding coverage rate is ≥95%.

  • Sheath extrusion: The flame-retardant PVC Sheath is extruded outside the shielding layer, and the extrusion process parameters are controlled to make the sheath layer tightly coat the shielding layer with good adhesion and mechanical properties.

  • Inspection: Various performance tests are carried out on the finished cable, such as impedance, attenuation, shielding performance, pressure resistance performance, etc., to ensure that the product meets the requirements of high-frequency signal transmission.

II. General Product Information

(1) Packaging
  1. Flexible Multi-Core Cables

  • Roll packaging: According to different lengths, different specifications of reels are used for packaging. For 100 meters and below, plastic reels are usually used; for more than 100 meters, wooden reels are used. There are baffles on both sides of the reel to prevent the cable from falling off. The cable is neatly arranged on the reel and fixed with packing belts.

  • Packaging marking: A clear label is attached to the reel, indicating product name, specification model, length, rated voltage, production date, batch number, implementation standard, and other information. Warning signs such as "Keep away from fire sources" and "Handle with care" are also printed.

  • Protective measures: The outside of the reel is covered with a plastic film to prevent the cable from getting damp and contaminated with dust. For exported products, packaging materials that meet international standards are used, and moisture-proof and rust-proof treatments are carried out.

    1. Solid Core Coaxial Cables

  • Shaft packaging: Usually, wooden shafts or metal shafts are used for packaging. The size of the shaft is determined according to the length and diameter of the cable. The cable is tightly wound on the shaft and covered with non-woven fabric or plastic film to protect the cable surface from damage.

  • Packaging marking: A detailed product label is attached to the shaft, with content similar to that of flexible multi-core cables, and special parameters such as impedance are also indicated.

  • Protective measures: Protective covers are installed at both ends of the shaft to prevent damage to the cable ends during transportation. For products transported over long distances, the shaft is also reinforced.

(2) Transportation
  1. Domestic Transportation

  • Transportation method: Choose a suitable transportation method according to the quantity of goods and distance. Express transportation is used for a small number of goods, and road freight or railway freight is used for a large number of goods.

  • Loading requirements: During transportation, the cable reels or shafts should be placed stably to avoid tilting and collision. Partitions are used between multiple reels or shafts to prevent mutual friction and extrusion.

  • Protective measures: Transportation vehicles should be covered with tarpaulins to prevent the cable from getting wet by rain. In low-temperature areas in winter, necessary thermal insulation measures are taken to prevent the cable from becoming hard and brittle due to low temperatures.
