The 25-35mm² specifications are stranded with 19 strands of fine Copper Wires (Class 2 conductors), and the 120-240mm² specifications are stranded with 37 strands. This not only ensures conductive performance (conductivity ≥58MS/m) but also improves Flexibility (not easy to break when bent). The copper wires are annealed (400-450°C), with a smooth surface and no oxidation, reducing current transmission resistance.

  • Insulation Layer: Two types of materials are used according to different models. Ar2V and Na2xy use polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation (thickness 1.2-2.0mm), which is temperature-resistant from -15°C to 70°C and suitable for dry environments. Axv and Yakxs use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation (thickness 1.0-1.8mm), which is temperature-resistant from -40°C to 90°C and can withstand short-term overload up to 130°C, suitable for humid or large temperature difference scenarios. Both materials have excellent dielectric properties and stable dielectric constants.

  • Loading and Unloading Requirements: When hoisting, hoist from the central axis (oblique hoisting is prohibited) and place it gently when landing. For short-distance handling, a manual forklift is used (fork depth ≥30cm), and the inclination angle is ≤15°.

  • Extreme Weather: Cover with a rain cloth (PU2000mm waterproof) on rainy days, and cover with a sunshade net at high temperatures (≥35°C) to avoid sheath aging.

  1. Storage Conditions

Store in a dry and ventilated warehouse (humidity ≤70%), and lay 10cm high skids on the ground to prevent moisture. Keep away from heat sources (≥1m) and corrosive substances. The storage period is ≤2 years, and inspections are carried out every 3 months - the sheath has no cracks and the insulation resistance is ≥100MΩ, which is considered qualified.
