In the 32.5mm² specification, each core has a cross-sectional area of 2.5mm², while 3G2.5mm² emphasizes the consistency of the stranding method and specification of the cores. At 20℃, the DC resistance of the conductor is ≤7.41Ω/km, which is much lower than the industry standard, significantly reducing energy loss during power transmission and ensuring efficient current conduction. The conductivity of high-purity copper is ≥98% IACS, which can meet the power needs of various low-voltage electrical equipment, whether household appliances or small industrial machinery, can obtain stable power supply. At the same time, the multi-strand stranding process endows the conductor with excellent flexibility, with a minimum bending radius of only 6 times the cable outer diameter (static). The outer diameter of 32.5mm² cable is about 9mm, with a static bending radius of 54mm; 3G2.5mm² is about 10mm, with a static bending radius of 60mm, which is convenient for easy laying in narrow spaces such as wall pipelines and equipment interiors in complex environments. The insulation layer is made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material. After optimization with a special formula, its temperature resistance level reaches 70℃, and it can work stably for a long time in the ambient temperature range of -15℃ to 70℃. Its volume resistivity is ≥10¹³Ω·cm, and the dielectric loss tangent is ≤0.03 (at 20℃), with excellent insulation performance, which can effectively isolate the risk of leakage between cores and ensure electrical safety. The PVC insulation layer also has good chemical resistance, which can resist the erosion of acids, alkalis, oils and other substances in daily environments, prolonging the service life of the cable. In addition, the insulation layer has passed relevant flame retardant tests, has self-extinguishing property when burning in open fire, and has low smoke density, meeting fire safety requirements and adding safety guarantee for the use place. The structural design of the cable is compact and reasonable. Both U1000 R2V and U1000 R02V models have a 3-core structure, adapting to the three-phase low-voltage power distribution system and meeting the three-phase power supply needs of various electrical equipment. The sheath layer is made of weather-resistant PVC material with a thickness of ≥0.8mm, a tensile strength of ≥12MPa, and an elongation at break of ≥150%, which can effectively resist the impact of external factors such as mechanical shock, wear and ultraviolet radiation, protecting the internal cores and insulation layers from damage. The rated voltage of the cable is 1000V, which accurately matches the voltage requirements of the low-voltage power distribution system, ensuring stable and reliable power transmission. In terms of current-carrying capacity, both cables perform excellently. When laid in air, the current-carrying capacity is about 28A; when laid underground, it is about 35A, which can meet the power supply of household lighting, small air conditioners, office equipment and light industrial machinery. Its small outer diameter design not only saves installation space, but also reduces laying difficulty, especially suitable for applications in scenarios such as residential decoration, commercial building wiring and internal wiring of industrial equipment.
