    The 3X12 AWG 600V THHN flexible multiconductor cable for heating applications is a special power transmission component designed specifically for heating scenarios. Relying on the combined advantages of "3-core structure + 12 AWG specification + 600V rated voltage + THHN performance certification" and its outstanding flexibility, it plays a key role in industrial heating equipment, commercial heating systems, civil heating devices and other fields, providing a safe, efficient and flexible power transmission solution for various heating scenarios.​ In terms of core specifications and structure, the "3X12 AWG" design of the cable is highly targeted. The "3-core" structure means that the cable contains 3 independent conductors inside, which respectively undertake the functions of phase wire, neutral wire (or backup phase wire) and ground wire. There is no need to lay a separate ground wire additionally, which simplifies the wiring process and ensures the electrical safety of heating equipment. At the same time, the stranded structure can also improve the fatigue resistance of the conductor. During the temperature changes (thermal expansion and contraction) caused by frequent start-stop of heating equipment, the damage of the conductor due to stress concentration is reduced, and the service life of the cable is prolonged.​ The THHN certification endows the cable with excellent environmental adaptability and safety performance, making it perfectly match the special needs of heating scenarios. "THHN" means that the cable has thermoplastic insulation, high temperature resistance, heat and humidity resistance, and is equipped with a nylon jacket (Thermoplastic, Heat and Water Resistant, Nylon Jacket). The specific performances are as follows: first, it has outstanding high temperature resistance. The upper limit of normal operating temperature reaches 90℃, and the short-term overload temperature can withstand 105℃. It can be directly laid close to heating elements (such as a distance of only 5-10mm from the heating tube), and can withstand the high-temperature radiation when the equipment is running without the insulation layer softening and deforming due to high temperature; second, it has excellent heat and humidity resistance. The double protection of the insulation layer and nylon jacket can resist the water vapor commonly found in heating scenarios (such as the humid environment around commercial steam generators and the water vapor erosion of civil bathroom heaters). Even in an environment with a relative humidity of 90%, the insulation resistance can still maintain ≥100MΩ (tested with a 500V megohmmeter), avoiding the risk of electric leakage; third, the nylon jacket has strong wear resistance and impact resistance, which can protect the internal conductor and insulation layer from mechanical vibration during the operation of heating equipment (such as the vibration of industrial vibrating fluidized bed dryers) or external friction (such as contact with metal brackets during wiring), ensuring the long-term stable operation of the cable.​ In practical application scenarios, the cable has strong adaptability and covers heating needs in multiple fields:​ Industrial Heating Field: It is suitable for power connection of small resistance heating furnaces, heat shrink tube heating machines, mold heating plates and other equipment. For example, in the heat shrink tube heating machine in electronic component production, the cable needs to be laid around the heating chamber to provide power for the heating tube and temperature controller.
