It is specially developed for high-load scenarios in industrial and infrastructure fields, featuring excellent safety performance and environmental adaptability. With a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV, it is suitable for main lines in medium and low-voltage distribution systems or power supply for large-scale equipment, particularly excelling in environments with strict requirements for flame resistance, temperature resistance, and mechanical strength. In terms of specifications, the cable adopts a single-core structure (1×250mm²) with a conductor cross-sectional area of 250mm², capable of carrying extremely large currents. Its rated current-carrying capacity (when laid in air) reaches up to 420A, meeting the power transmission needs of high-power equipment such as large industrial motors, substation outgoing lines, and high-rise building distribution trunks. The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper (purity ≥99.95%), processed through a compact stranding process, which not only reduces DC resistance (≤0.074Ω/km at 20℃) and minimizes transmission loss but also enhances the mechanical strength and flexibility of the conductor, facilitating laying operations in complex scenarios. As a cable compliant with BS 6387, its core advantage lies in its stringent safety performance. This standard clearly specifies requirements for the cable's flame resistance rating, temperature range, and mechanical durability. The sheath layer is made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or low-smoke halogen-free materials, passing the C, W, and Z-class flame resistance tests of BS 6387 — "Class C" indicates it can withstand vertical burning tests for single cables, "Class W" verifies its ability to maintain flame resistance in water, and "Class Z" ensures it can maintain circuit integrity at high fire temperatures (950℃-1000℃) for at least 3 hours, buying valuable time for emergency power supply. In addition, the outer layer of the cable can be equipped with steel tape armoring as needed to enhance resistance to mechanical impact and corrosion, adapting to various laying methods such as underground, pipe conduit installation,and overhead. In terms of application scenarios, the cable is widely used in subways, airports, data centers, large shopping malls, and other places with extremely high fire safety requirements. For example, emergency power supply lines in subway tunnels need to meet flame resistance, waterproofing, and vibration resistance requirements simultaneously, and the W-class flame resistance and armoring design of Cwcz-a/Cwcz-U cables can perfectly adapt to this. Finished products undergo multiple rigorous tests, including power frequency withstand voltage test (3kV/5min without breakdown), partial discharge test (≤10pC), and flame resistance test.
