    This product is a single-core (1C) copper (Cu) power cable with double insulation, featuring cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath. It is available in various cross-sectional specifications, including 70mm², 95mm², 120mm², 150mm², 185mm², 240mm², and 300mm², flexibly adapting to power transmission needs of different load levels.​ The conductor is made of high-purity electrolytic copper, precision-processed to ensure excellent conductivity. Its resistance value is much lower than industry standards, which can minimize Joule heat loss during power transmission and improve energy transfer efficiency. The inner insulation layer uses cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) material. After special cross-linking treatment, its temperature resistance level reaches 90℃, with a short-term overload tolerance temperature of up to 130℃. Additionally, it has extremely high insulation resistance and minimal dielectric loss, effectively isolating current leakage between the conductor and the outside, ensuring the safety of power transmission. The outer sheath is made of weather-resistant PVC material, which has excellent UV aging resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, and mechanical impact resistance. It can work stably for a long time in complex environments such as humidity, dust, and outdoor exposure, providing comprehensive protection for the internal structure of the cable.​ The series of cables are designed with full consideration of installation convenience, featuring good flexibility that allows a certain degree of bending for laying, reducing construction difficulty. Meanwhile, their flame retardancy meets the GB/T 18380 standard, which can delay the spread of flames in case of fire, buying time for personnel evacuation and equipment rescue. They are widely used in industrial plant power distribution networks, power supply systems of large commercial complexes, urban underground pipe gallery projects, wind farms, and collector lines of photovoltaic power stations. They are suitable for both fixed laying and short-term temporary power supply needs.​ The synergistic effect of the double insulation structure (XLPE inner insulation + PVC outer sheath) enables the cable to have high insulation strength while possessing excellent mechanical protection performance. It solves the problem that traditional cables are prone to aging and damage in complex environments, significantly extending the service life, making it a preferred cable product with both reliability and economy in power engineering.
