Low voltage copper flame retardant and fire resistant power cables (with specifications covering 100, 150, 250, 300, 350 Mcm) are power transmission products designed for high safety demand scenarios. Integrating excellent conductivity, flame retardancy, and fire resistance, they are widely used in high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, subways, and other fields with strict fire safety requirements. Their rated voltage is usually 0.6/1kV, suitable for AC 50Hz/60Hz low-voltage power grids, and can meet the power transmission needs of high-power equipment clusters and main distribution lines.​ In terms of specifications, this series of cables uses copper as the conductor core with a purity of ≥99.95%, and the structure stability and conductivity efficiency are improved through compact stranding technology. The cross-sectional specifications from 100 Mcm (about 50mm²) to 350 Mcm (about 178mm²) cover different current-carrying capacity requirements: 100 Mcm has a current-carrying capacity of about 190A, suitable for medium-sized motor power supply; 350 Mcm can reach 420A, which can be used as the main distribution line of large buildings. The DC resistance of the conductor at 20℃ is ≤0.383Ω/km (100 Mcm) to ≤0.108Ω/km (350 Mcm), ensuring low-loss power transmission.​ Flame retardancy and fire resistance are its core advantages. The cable passes the flame retardant test of GB/T 19666 or IEC 60332 standards, using low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) flame retardant polyolefin sheath. The flame spread speed is ≤0.5m/min, and when burning, it has low smoke emission (light transmittance ≥60%) and no toxic gas release. The fire resistance meets GB/T 19216.21 or IEC 60331 standards, and can maintain circuit integrity for more than 3 hours in 950℃-1000℃ flames, ensuring emergency power supply in case of fire.​ The insulation layer is made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) with a temperature resistance of 90℃, formed by three-layer co-extrusion technology. The insulation thickness is 2.0mm-4.5mm (increasing with specifications), and the volume resistivity is ≥1×10¹⁴Ω·cm, which can withstand environmental temperature differences from -40℃ to 90℃. Some models are added with steel tape armoring on the outer layer, which increases the mechanical impact resistance by 40%, suitable for complex laying scenarios such as underground and pipe threading.​ In application scenarios, 100-150 Mcm cables are often used in branch lines of hospital wards and office building strong electric wells; 250-350 Mcm cables are suitable for data center room main trunks, subway tunnel emergency circuits, etc. Taking 350 Mcm cables as an example, they can support the linked power supply of large diesel generators above 500kW and emergency lighting systems, providing key power support for personnel evacuation and equipment rescue in fires.​ During production, each batch of cables must pass more than 20 tests such as power frequency withstand voltage (3kV/5min without breakdown), partial discharge (≤10pC), and fire resistance combustion. The packaging adopts double-layer protection of steel reels and moisture-proof films, supporting sea, land, and air combined transportation. It can provide 1-5 meters of free samples and lifelong technical consulting services to fully ensure project safety and stable operation.
