It uses copper (Cu) or aluminum (Al) as conductors, XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) as the insulation layer, and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) as the sheath. Designed specifically for underground laying scenarios, it combines reliability and environmental adaptability. In terms of conductors, high-purity copper conductors have a conductivity of 58MS/m, with low transmission loss, suitable for occasions with high energy efficiency requirements; aluminum conductors are lightweight and low-cost, with a conductivity of about 37MS/m, suitable for medium and low-load scenarios. Both are enhanced in flexibility through stranding technology, facilitating laying in complex underground environments. The insulation layer uses XLPE material, which, after cross-linking treatment, has a temperature resistance range extended to -40℃ to 90℃, with an insulation resistance of ≥1000MΩ·km and a breakdown field strength of ≥20kV/mm. It can resist the impact of underground humidity, corrosion and other factors, ensuring safe power transmission. The sheath layer is made of PVC material, meeting the GB/T 2951.5 standard, with acid and alkali resistance and mechanical wear resistance. Moreover, through the specific protective design of the N2xy model (such as anti-rodent, anti-termite, and anti-ultraviolet), the durability of long-term underground use is improved. The cable has an overall multi-core structure of 3 main cores of 240mm² plus 1 neutral core of 120mm², with a current-carrying capacity of 400-500A, which can meet the power distribution needs of underground main lines in residential communities and industrial parks. For installation, when directly buried underground, the cable must be buried at a depth of ≥0.7 meters, with a distance of no less than 0.5 meters from other pipelines. When laid through pipes, anti-corrosion sleeves must be used. During maintenance, it is recommended to test the insulation resistance every 2 years to ensure stable performance. In the underground power distribution project of a large residential community, this cable successfully carried the daily electricity of over 500 households and has been operating without failure for 5 years, verifying its reliability. This cable is widely used in 0.6/1kV low-voltage power distribution systems, especially suitable for underground direct burial, pipe laying and other laying methods. It provides stable power transmission support for underground power grids, balancing performance, cost and environmental adaptability.
