They are widely used in power transmission and distribution in industrial, construction, energy, and other fields. The two cables have both commonalities and differences in structural design, with high-performance materials as the core, and both have reliable electrical performance, mechanical strength, and environmental adaptability, which can meet the safe power transmission requirements in complex scenarios. In terms of conductor materials, Vbbshv Ng-Ls uses high-purity copper conductors (purity ≥99.9%). The excellent conductivity of copper can control the DC resistance at an extremely low level (e.g., ≤1.83Ω/km for 10mm² cross-sectional conductors), which can effectively reduce transmission losses and ensure efficient current transmission, especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for conduction efficiency and stability. Avbbshv Ng-Ls uses high-purity aluminum conductors (purity ≥99.5%). Aluminum conductors are only about 1/3 the weight of copper, with lower costs, and the dense oxide film formed on the surface endows them with good corrosion resistance, making them suitable for long-distance laying or scenarios with prominent lightweight requirements. The conductors of both cables adopt a multi-strand stranded structure, which enhances flexibility, with a minimum bending radius of 6-10 times the cable outer diameter, facilitating installation in narrow spaces or complex environments. In terms of application scenarios, Vbbshv Ng-Ls is often used for power supply of precision equipment and automated production lines in industrial plants, as well as distribution trunks in high-rise buildings, which can meet high stability requirements; Avbbshv Ng-Ls is widely used in rural power grid transformation, outdoor photovoltaic power station connecting lines, temporary construction power supply and other scenarios, ensuring transmission efficiency while reducing project costs. The low-smoke halogen-free characteristics of both make them the first choice in places with extremely high safety requirements such as subways, hospitals, and data centers, which can minimize casualties and equipment losses in case of fire.
